Welcome to Spring Quarter.  I have been getting many questions on how to request Media Equipment and do I email Media Service or Tech Support. Please send all Media Services equipment requests to the Media Service Request Form located at http://lwtclearningcommons.com/.

 All other questions about Media Services equipment, such as the projector is making funny noises or the projector lamp is giving me a warning message, for example, can be directed to me via media.services@lwtc.edu. You can also click on the links in my signature below and they will open a link to either my e-mail addresses annie.davis@lwtc.edu or media.services@lwtc.edu or the Media Services Request Form

I have gotten questions about what is considered “Media Services” area. If it is not the phone and not a computer and not the Internet, then it is probably Media Services. Phone, computer and Internet questions go to tech.support@lwtc.edu.
